Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel your booking.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers and respect our gym partners' time and resources.

Find the booking you want to cancel and click "Cancel Booking"
Confirm your cancellation and review the refund amount
Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method
